most of private sector punye majikan will give increment to their employees based on their annual performance.the better your performance is,the bigger increment u'll get.tapi itu pon kalo majikan xkedekut bagi increment byk.what about org kerja kilang yg ramai2 tu?kalau sorg majikan nak naikkan sampai RM200,how much should they spend each month just for the salary?nothing seem fair kan?
and as for the government servants,each year,no matter how bad you are,u'll still get RM50 salary increment.is this enuff?in a world where everything is about money, what can a RM50 give you?and one thing,does it really fair to a hardworking person?org lain sume keje kerajaan kul 5 tepat dah beratur depan punch card machine.what about others yg sacrifice their personal time for works?duit anugerah pekerja cemerlang dah cukup untuk sara kehidupan?
lets take an example.a parent.who have A baby.PLEASE note this is only one baby.one pack of pampers could reach RM40 right?and you still have a balance of RM10 from that RM50 increment that government gave you.go and fill ur car with RON95 petrol.how much litre could you get?yes,i do understand the burden of subsidy that government have to bear.but yet,the government should think about what would happen if u increase the price of PETROL suddenly?
you increase the price of petrol,the price of groceries also increase.but not the salary.with the same FIGURE that employer gave us,the employeees,we have to cut every expenses.when we have to cut every expenses,how will it help the country economy?people don't have the power to buy because everything is expensive for people.
and one more,please think about the price of malaysia brand vehicle.kalau diikutkan tanpa tax,kereta import punye harga lebih kurang harga kereta buatan malaysia.but we have a very smart government here in malaysia.put tax to imported car which make the price go higher and people have to buy malaysia brand car kan?sedangkan kalau dikire sebenarnya,kereta malaysia lah yang mahal.macam mane nak tolong rakyat ni?
kita fikir sama2 solution sebenarnye ye.rakyat2 sekalian,dah tahu harga minyak tu naik,pandai2 lah jimat duit belanje.pergi meniaga sume.baru cepat kaya.tapi jangan lupe,kekayaan dunia ni sementara,akhirat jgn lupa.
