pecah penimbang~

3 hari lepas,aku lepak2 dengan member rapat.
sampai kat umah die,aku nampak penimbang berat badan.
obses jadinye dengan bende tu.
sebelom mkn timbang,lepas mkn timbang,lepas minum air pon timbang,lepas bangun tido pagi2 pon timbang,senang citer sexcited sgt sampai kalo boleh tiap2 minit nak timbang.

bukan senang nak jumpe bende tu.haha.
asek la nak kne masokkan duit 20sen kat supermarket baru boleh tau bape berat kite.
dah dapat gne free ni,tibai je la.

aku nak citer sikit pasal berat badan sebenarnye.
aku tengok page kawan2 skolah aku kat FB tu ha.
dulu time skolah mmg slim cantik,ensem,gojes,osem sume.
tapi pas skolah,tu diaaaa.
yg belom kawen pon nmpk macam mak bapak org.

mane silapnye?
selalunye org akan cakap,
"NAK BUAT MACAM MANE,HATI SENANG"
camne hati boleh senang bile jalan sikit je dah cungap?
tak paham sungguh aku.


aku sendiri pon penah mengalami masalah lebit berat badan ni.
aku kurgkan kuantiti mknn aku sikit demi sikit.
ALHAMDULILLAH,dah stabil dah berat badan ni.

satu je aku nak btau.
lepas mkn,elakkan minum air sejuk xpon ais.
sebab ais dengan air sejuk ni la yg banyak membantu kite mendapat penyakit org kaye iaitu darah tinggi and so on.
nak tau kenape?
bile kite mkn,mknn yg kite mkn tu mesti lah mengandungi minyak kan?
lagi2 mknn org melayu ni.xsah kalo xde santan ng minyak yg banyak.
bile habis mkn,kite minum pulak ais.
ais ni akan membekukan minyak2 tadi dekat saluran darah and so on.
so,saluran2 ni akan jadi makin sempit dari hari ke hari.
ni lah yg bagi tekanan darah tinggi.

ais pon boleh membantu merendahkan kadar metabolisme.
lemau je rase badan kalo byk minum ais kan?
kardio pon jadi rendah.
tu yg sempot manjang tuh.

aku nak sume hidup secara sihat.
risau la tgk kawan2 yg semakin 'MEMBESAR' ni.

grown up should grow healthier.
not grow fatter!

  5. sekepeng?busu ni nak kene korek mate ni.berat along dah naik jadik 49 ni.hahaha.tetibe rase gemok.alahai.along mizah,angah ng adam tunjang2 kot.kalo naik berat badan pon tade sape perasan.

RM50 banyak ke sikit?

harga minyak manjang naik. gaji pekerja sektor awam dengan swasta? kalau pekerja swasta tu,boleh lah dikire. most of private sector punye majikan will give increment to their employees based on their annual performance.the better your performance is,the bigger increment u'll get.tapi itu pon kalo majikan xkedekut bagi increment byk.what about org kerja kilang yg ramai2 tu?kalau sorg majikan nak naikkan sampai RM200,how much should they spend each month just for the salary?nothing seem fair kan? and as for the government servants,each year,no matter how bad you are,u'll still get RM50 salary increment.is this enuff?in a world where everything is about money, what can a RM50 give you?and one thing,does it really fair to a hardworking person?org lain sume keje kerajaan kul 5 tepat dah beratur depan punch card machine.what about others yg sacrifice their personal time for works?duit anugerah pekerja cemerlang dah cukup untuk sara kehidupan? lets take an example.a parent.who have A ...
